Since we use Eastern Feng Shui astrology to protect your energy field, we need you to provide some personal information for astrological calculations.  

Customized Process:  

1. Please provide the wearer's date of birth and specific place of birth.  
2. Our professional feng shui master will perform feng shui calculations for the wearer.
3. Based on the analysis results, we will carefully select crystals or gemstones suitable for the wearer and design the piece accordingly.  
4. Once the design is finalized, the jeweler will handcraft the finished piece.  
5. The finished piece will be shipped to the address you specify via logistics.  
6. In principle, each custom-made product is designed based on the wearer's personalized feng shui analysis. Therefore, unless the product has quality issues, we do not accept any returns or exchanges.
