Feng Shui Energy Shield:Find the right crystal for energy protection

In today's fast-paced world, our energy fields are always being exposed to stress, electromagnetic radiation and interpersonal friction. Using crystals to protect our energy is becoming more and more important. In this issue, we'll show you how Eastern Feng Shui picks crystals that are just right for you to protect your energy and create your own "energy shield".

Feng Shui Energy Protection System

So, in Feng Shui, each element has its own colours and energy frequencies, according to the Five Elements theory.

The Metal element is linked to white or silver: White quartz and silver hair crystal can boost the energy of the Metal element, improving your decision-making skills and wealth. They're great for people working in finance, law, and similar fields. They soak up and reduce negative energy, like anxiety caused by workplace stress, and protect and balance the mind and body.

The Wood element goes well with green or blue: Green Phantom Quartz and Malachite are great for getting those creative juices flowing and helping you get along with others, so they're perfect for entrepreneurs and artists. They help you grow as a person and get things done, and they take away any anxiety you might feel.

The Water element goes with black or blue: If you're into art or counselling, obsidian and aquamarine are great for helping you think clearly and feel your emotions. The volcanic glass structure of obsidian can absorb electromagnetic radiation, protecting the energy field of those who use electronic devices for extended periods.

Fire element, which is red or purple: Red agate and amethyst are great for people who are passionate about their work and like to lead the way, so they're perfect for managers, actors, chefs and so on. Natural amethyst has been shown to boost brain cell activity, enhancing clarity when it comes to making decisions. Red agate is also said to help boost immunity and balance emotions.

The earth element is all about yellow and brown: You've got yellow quartz and tiger's eye, both of which are great for stability and good fortune. They'll also help you stay determined and keep on going, even when things get tough. These stones are perfect for teachers, merchants, and anyone else who needs a little extra support.

The dynamic balance of the five elements

As well as knowing which crystals go with which elements, it's also important to get your head around the principles of mutual generation and harmony in the Five Elements. For example,

"Metal generates Water"— pair white crystal with aquamarine to improve communication skills; "Water generates Wood"— pair obsidian with green quartz to beat procrastination.

But if someone's got a strong Fire element, they should avoid wearing Wood element crystals to stop their Fire energy from getting too strong. But they can choose Water element crystals instead. It's like a bottle that's already full of water - you can't just keep adding more water to it, you have to plant some vegetation to make it look nice.

A lot of the principles in the Five Elements come from nature, like water putting out fire. So, adding water elements to someone with a particularly strong fire element can help balance their energy.

I hope you can find crystals that suit your protective energy!
